Talent show

Last week Evan had his 2nd grade talent show.  He played a piano piece he has been working on and memorizing for his recital.  He did great!!  We found out on Thursday he gets to go on to the school talent show. Way to go Evan!!

While we were waiting to start Kamri and Miles entertained the audience with their own "dance" routine.

Meet the Firemen

We went to the library to meet the firemen and see a firetruck.  I love how something as simple as a firetruck can bring a big, cheesy smile to a kid's face.

Shorts are going to kill her knees this summer. Crawling (her army crawl/scoot version) is chafing her knees.

 She scoots herself around everywhere now.  But when she needs  a break or wants to look at something she stops, props herself up on one arm, twists her body around, and rests her other arm on her leg like this....and then just sits there and smiles.  We laugh and smile every time.

Miles turns 3

My little boy is 3!!!

For some reason he's really into baseball right now.  He loves it. So he asked for a baseball cake...

We played baseball that morning...

 and got some baseball toys...

 and a new bike.

He makes us laugh every day.  He's got the cutest and cheesiest smile.
