She loves her blanket and loves to cuddle with it so we like to put it on our shoulder so she'll cuddle with us - for only a few seconds but those are some great seconds.

Kamri was given some plates and construction paper to make a snowman.  We used those and added an extra plate and used some macaroni noodles for the mouth, buttons for the buttons, tulle and ribbon to make a skirt, and fabric for a scarf.

2013

I'm a bit behind, but here we go......

Welcome 2013 

Here we go...

We have officially begun the newest chapter/adventure of our lives.  After a  7 1/2 year hiatus from studies Ben is a college student again.  He's going back to get his MBA.  Yesterday was his first day of class.  It's going to be a long, hard two years but we are excited to get this started and over with.  

Even if nothing else comes of it, he got this cool new backpack :)

It was going to be only two hours (shorter than any other day) so I let the kids (minus Asia) stay up so we could have our traditional first day of school cookie cake when he got home.

Thank you, Ben for working so hard and doing this hard thing.  We love you!!

Nursery graduation

My little boy is officially a Sunbeam!!   Last week was his last week in nursery.  They had a cute little graduation for all the three-year-olds complete with invitations, hats, certificates, present, and cookies.  

He did not like his hat on but was a good sport about keeping it on until the "graduation" part was over.

Our cool Pass of All Passes got us free tickets to the BYU basketball game that was up here this past weekend so we made it a date and took the kids to one last hurrah before school started again. Since the game was free we even splurged and got a way over-priced bucket of popcorn
