My little sister was a bridesmaid at a wedding last week and she asked me to do her hair. She wanted a messy updo. Those are fun since you don't get to wear them very often. I did a twist around her head and brought it to a bun on the side that was kind of a mix between formal and messy. It took me about 10 minutes to do. Which sounds much better than the 1 - 2 hours I spent in high school to get my hair done for dances. I did it kind of loose so it would look more messy so I was afraid it would fall out before the night was over. But it didn't and she even slept on it and wore it to work the next day.

Gotta love it...
Really not the best picture, but Ben snapped this and I thought it was awesome. Sara wanted to rub my feet one night and who was I to complain. Then Ben gave Kamri some grapes to feed me.
I wish this was what life was really like.

I've been trying to have Sara help out a little bit and learn how to cook and do stuff around the kitchen. She can make pancakes (from scratch) all by herself.

visit from Kim...
Kim and Hollan and Addison were in town this week and came to church with us and then spent some time at our house afterward. They brought the kids some cool bubble wands and some balls.
They were very helpful. Hollan helped me make lunch and Addison did my sinkful of dishes.
We love it when they come visit.
Addison and Hollan have a soccer camp at BYU so Kim is left by herself all day. So the following Monday we drove down to Provo and had dinner with Kim and then went swimming at their hotel pool.

He's Seven....
My boy is seven-years-old!! He was so excited for his birthday and excited that next year he gets to be baptized. He's a ball of energy and loves to dance and jump and jump and run and jump. He makes me tired just watching him. But he also has the sweetest heart and loves to give hugs and will still cuddle. We love you bud!
He woke up to a new bike in the living room. He had totally outgrown his old one and was riding with bent legs almost up to his chest.
He's our little clown
He loves his remote control hummer from Grandma and Grandpa.
We need to practice on his candle-blowing skills. He couldn't blow them out. We had to help him.
