I guess the makers of maternity clothes (more specifically pants) think only short people get pregnant. Those who know me know I am NOT short. I have become DESPERATE. I'm looking for a pair of jeans and other casual pants (i.e. cords or khaki) that will not fall down every time I move. I've just been wearing my regular jeans using the elastic technique around the waist, but that is not working any more. The hard part is finding them long enough. So all you tall girls out there who have had this problem, where do I go? Any ideas? Online would be fine, but if there is a store out there (in somewhat close proximity to me) that carries them that would be perfect. HELP!!!
For family journal purposes, I'm including a picture of me from last Tuesday. The half way mark. Let the countdown begin!

Sorry, I've got nothing for you. But that is such a cute picture of you! I hope I am a cute prego girl like you!
Ahhhhhhh! I've been so bad about reading blogs lately and I'm just now finding out that you are expecting again. Congratulations Gina! I'm so excited for you guys. Hope all is well in Wandamere. :)
Oh my goodness, I had no idea you were expecting! Congrats! As far as the pants go... Motherhood has a new pant called secret fit. They are soooo comfy and never never fall down. They are cute too! I wore them the entire pregnancy. Seriously love them. As far as the length goes... I am 5' 8" and they were plenty long. They are a little more expensive, but worth every penny!

The Fashion Place mall has the biggest store!
I've tried Motherhood. The fit is very comfy, but they were still too short. Old Navy has longs, but they are always sold out in my size.

Gap has tall sizes. Have you tried there? I think that's where I finally went...they are too expensive but desperate times call for slapping down some cash! Where have I been? I didn't even realize there was a baby on the way until your Christmas card. You're going to have FOUR kids! You old lady!
If you know what size you need from Old Navy, try getting them online?
And for heavens sake....wear your Blush shirts! hee hee
I didn't know you were expecting either. Congrats!
Congrats on the coming baby. I totally feel your pain and have yet to find a pair of maternity pants I like, and I hate having to hitch them up...even just walking those comfort fit jeans fall down, and I always seem to be waiting for the flood. My advice was to get your size in long from Old Navy. But I don't have any personal experience with that brand, that is just the last advice I had from a tall person I was talking to.
