I need everyone's help! My body has recently been telling me it's time to stop doing Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" until after this baby is born. But I pretty much have nothing else to do. I went to the library and checked out some prenatal workout DVD's to test some out to see which one(s) I might like to own. But, if any of you out there have a good one you like, let me know.

That's how your so skinny! I don't work out when i am pregnant. Too sick or lazy. I'd try prenatal Yoga, and walking. Great for strength and to keep your joints loose and walk for some cardio.
I have a prenatal yoga dvd I like. It's called Prenatal Yoga with Shiva Rea. I've tried several other prenatal exercise dvds, but haven't found any others that are challenging enough for me. I like to walk and use the elliptical a lot when I'm pregnant.
